By Community, For Community

Our Witset homelands have always been a source of healing for our people. It's important that that healing takes place here at home. BeforeTsë lhts’ënc’il nec’igekh be yikh, our people had to leave to seek help or support elsewhere. For those who that might be lost or disconnected to their roots that may live in the urban centers, this healing lodge brings our children back to the home fire.  A reconnection with their heritage to find healing within our community.

A connection to culture for our healing

Addiction often stems from trauma and disconnection,Tsë lhts’ënc’il nec’igekh be yikh aims to reunite youth with their families, their community, and the land. It's about bringing them back home, where healing truly begins.

Community members will have access to different opportunities to aid in their healing journeys. By uniting as a community, the hope is that we heal together.
